ISOMAT decorative microcement products

Microcement delivers unique, high decorative value finishes through the use of either microcement coatings or pasty acrylic coatings. ISOMAT has developed two product families to cover both cases; the DUROCRET-DECO and ACRYL-DECO families. The DUROCRET-DECO family includes microcement coatings that come in powder form and can be colored with the addition of high-quality powder pigments. The ACRYL-DECO family includes acrylic, pasty, ready-to-use coatings that can be colored at points of sale through the ISOMAT COLOR SYSTEM tinting system. Microcement coatings are selected when an earthy, more calming feel is desired while acrylic coatings constitute the most well-suited choice for an ultra-smooth finish. DUROCRET-DECO FLEX and DUROCRET-DECO FINISH are certified environment- and user-friendly products, while acrylic coatings are ideal for those applications where high elasticity is a critical consideration.


DUROCRET-DECO FINISH

Extra fine-grained, polymer-modified, decorative microcement coating for floors, walls and built-in furniture. Delivers a smooth finish. Colorable with ISOMAT DECO-COLOR pigments, delivering a wide range of colors.


DUROCRET-DECO FLEX

Flexible, fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, decorative microcement coating for floors, walls and built-in furniture. Colorable with ISOMAT DECO-COLOR pigments, delivering a wide range of colors.


ACRYL-DECO FINISH

Decorative, acrylic, pasty coating for floors, walls and built-in furniture. Delivers an ultra-smooth, microcement-like finish. Easily tintable at points of sale through the ISOMAT COLOR SYSTEM tinting system.


ACRYL-DECO SOLO

Decorative, acrylic, pasty base and finish coat for floors, walls and built-in furniture. Delivers a smooth, microcement-like finish. Easily tintable at points of sale through the ISOMAT COLOR SYSTEM tinting system.


ACRYL-DECO BASE

Coarse, pasty, acrylic base coat for the ACRYL-DECO decorative coatings.

Protective varnishes for microcement

The decorative microcement and acrylic coating system is protected and sealed with suitable transparent polyurethane varnishes, expertly formulated to provide UV stability. More specifically, ISOMAT offers the following varnishes:

  • VARNISH-PU 2K two-component polyurethane varnish in a gloss or satin finish
  • VARNISH-PU 2KW two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish in a satin-matt finish
  • VARNISH-PU 1K one-component, solvent-free polyurethane varnish in a satin-matt finish

  1. Screed
